Quit smoking by not needing it anymore.
Free · Online · No commitment
You've tried. More than once. Nothing helped.
Willpower held — until one stressful day, or a slow boring evening.
Other substitutes turned you into a dependent customer, not a free human.
You want to quit. You've wanted to for a long time. The wanting was never the problem.
Every method you tried worked on the surface.
The reasons were never touched.
How it works
Every method you tried either suppressed the pattern or replaced the substance. Because smoking isn't just a habit — it's an entire informational program running across every system at once: physical, emotional, and mental. This method reaches all three.
Discover the Program
You smoke for reasons you've never clearly seen. If you really knew them, you'd already be free from smoking — and you're not. We locate the reasons precisely. Once they're visible, the grip ends.
How we do it +
Change the Models
Reality is complex. Our capacity to perceive and process it is limited. So our consciousness inevitably relies on models. Yours led to smoking and kept it in place. Other models make it irrelevant.
How we do it +
Upgrade the Body
Smoking altered deep biological processes — brain chemistry, hormonal patterns, the way the nervous system learned to regulate itself. Even with the program found and the models shifted, the body still expects external supply. To address the pull, you have to rewire what smoking changed — returning the body from dependence on an external substance to its own natural balance.
How we do it +
The goal isn't to help you quit. It's to make sure you no longer need to.
The right fit
This is for you if:
- ✓ You've already decided you want to quit — you just haven't found what works
- ✓ You've tried conventional methods and they held for a while, then collapsed
- ✓ You've quit before but returned under pressure, stress, or boredom
- ✓ You want to understand why the pattern exists — not just suppress it
This is NOT for you if:
- ✕ You're still not sure you actually want to quit
- ✕ You believe quitting is fundamentally impossible for you
- ✕ You're looking for a quick fix with no engagement on your part
- ✕ You believe the problem is physical and the solution should be too
Who you'll work with
I'm Yaro Morkhat — a software engineer who spent years being the person who "was going to quit soon". If you're reading this, you probably know that place from the inside.
I wanted to quit almost from the moment I started. Willpower, substitutes, even affirmations — I tried them all. And each time, stress, boredom, and amount of work got me back. Something was always missing except the wanting.
My first real break came during hiking in the mountains. I was shocked — extreme difficulty breathing, heart racing, making me genuinely scared of what I had done to myself. That shock was enough to make me quit... For a while, it worked. But shock fades. And when it did, I had nothing that my will could rely on.
Eighteen months later, boredom opened a door I thought was closed. That's when I understood that quitting isn't enough. I hadn't changed anything underneath — boredom was just an entry point of a complete program located deeper inside. After quitting again, I realized I had to change my mentality — to simply not need smoking anymore. Without the fear of turning back.
Third "defeat". It brought a final insight: don't fight it — make it disappear. Because when there's no signal from the body, there's no desire to battle. And smoking stops being a choice you make.
Each "failure" was a piece of the puzzle. And once I had them all, I could finally see what I'd been missing — not a better technique, but a full process. Every time, what I was missing was the same thing — completeness. So I built the process I wish I'd had.
Why it works
Every tool in this process was tested — on myself first, then on others. Nothing is included because it sounds convincing. Everything is here because it worked.
You leave with more than a result. What you learn about how your patterns form, how your body self-regulates, how information shapes your behavior — these aren't session-specific. They follow you into your work, your focus, your daily life.
Same process. Different lives.
When the source changes, everything built on it changes too. These people worked on something else — same process, same depth.
Stop being a victim
"I seem like a different person."
Restore 5 diopters
"He made it possible for me to see."
Bye-bye, glasses
"I'm not using glasses like I used to."
How to start
Step 1 — Book a free call
We talk. You explain your situation and ask anything about smoking, the method, or how the process works. I answer directly. Then I take you through the first step of Discover the Program.
Step 2 — Assess fit
If this makes sense for both of us, we say so. If it doesn't, we say that too. I don't work with people I can't help.
Step 3 — Lock it in
We agree on price. What's included is below.
Step 4 — Just begin
Sessions are online. Two video calls a week, daily contact in between.
The Program
After the program — Maintenance
Change takes time to settle. The month builds the foundation — the maintenance period is where it becomes permanent.
Also
- • We agree on meeting times that work for you
- • Everything shared in sessions and all personal data are private and confidential
- • Every session is recorded — you get the files to rewatch and practice
- • If I see you need more sessions after the program, we continue until the result is stable — at no extra cost
The program starts at $500, payment fees are not included. The final number depends on your situation and is agreed on the first call.
